Textile industry exhibition, Henan Apparel Association sponsored "China Taiwan fabric and Henan apparel docking conference" held in Zhengzhou.

Li Peng, Taiyuan, Hongyuan, jutu, Jichang, Dong Shi, Dong Fang and other 13 well-known fabric companies from Taiwan, China attended the meeting.

Xu Wenzheng, Deputy Secretary General of Taiwan textile industry exhibition, said that China's Taiwan textile industry is mainly exported, with an annual export volume of more than 15 billion dollars and about 34% of the total exports to the mainland of China (including Hongkong).

There are three major trends in the development of textiles in Taiwan, China, namely, emphasis on functionality, popularity and environmental protection.

The SPC organized the 13 most representative enterprises in Taiwan, China, with the latest and best products to attend the conference.

The main functional fabrics are super lightweight.

Reflective fabrics, anti ultraviolet fabrics, cool and energy saving fabrics, heat storage and thermal insulation fabrics, windproof fabrics and so on. The fashionable fabrics include fashionable denim fabrics, dress fabrics, plain woven trousers, windbreaker fabrics, hand painted fabrics, jacquard, embroidery fabrics, etc. accessories include lace collar, lace, ribbon, ribbons, buttons and so on.

He said that the tax reduction period for the early warning of trade in goods across the Straits Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) entered the second stage in January 1, 2012.

A total of 136 textiles exported to mainland China in Taiwan are listed in the early checklist, of which the proportion of fabrics is larger.

In the past two years, a total of 125 textiles have been reduced to zero tariff, and the tariffs on the remaining 11 products have dropped to 5% this year, and will drop to zero next year.

The cost of purchasing fabric in Taiwan is reduced after tax exemption.

"I believe that China's high technology and fashion sense fabrics and accessories in Taiwan will complement the costumes of Henan and create a win-win situation for mutual benefit and mutual coexistence on both sides of the Strait."

Xu Wenzheng said.

"In recent years, the rapid development of Henan's clothing is obvious to all, but the fabric assimilation and homogenization have troubled the development of the industry."

Li Gang, executive director of Henan clothing association, said that the docking between Taiwan and Henan garments is of great significance for promoting the change of the competition of Henan's garment homogenization, and for design innovation, fabric innovation, process innovation and industrial upgrading.

At the docking conference, many garment enterprises and purchasers are interested in Taiwan fabrics.

Zhu Lixun, a general manager of clothing, touched a piece of printed cloth with a look of admiration: "the printing and dyeing technology in Taiwan, China is well deserved."

Jin Fuxin, general manager of a textile company in Henan, believes that China's Taiwan fabric has four characteristics: first, environmental protection, no formaldehyde exceeding standard; two, good quality, accurate fabric composition; three, pure color and distinct texture; four, novel design and protection of property rights.
