Announcements On Import Of Nylon Antidumping Duties

According to the provisions of the anti dumping regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided that it would have originated in the United States, the European Union, Russia and Taiwan since April 22, 2010.

Imported nylon

6 slice (also known as polyamide -6 chips or nylon 6 chips) impose anti-dumping duty for a period of 5 years.

To this end, the General Administration of Customs issued the Announcement No. twenty-seventh of 2010.

Import and export tariff

"The tariff code of nylon 6 sliced goods has been adjusted to 39081012, and the relevant matters concerning the Levy of anti-dumping duties on imported nylon 6 chips are announced as follows:


1. When importing business units declare nylon 6 slices, the corresponding commodity numbers should be 3908101200.


Two. Other matters concerning the Levy of anti-dumping duties on imported nylon 6 chips are still in accordance with the Announcement No. twenty-seventh of the Customs General Administration in 2010.
