Speaking of the current situation of Quanzhou brand and department stores, Fan Yanru believes that at present, the domestic shoe brands are mostly in the low-end market, and the domestic brands are always at a disadvantage in the competition of high-end department stores resources.

Most of the brands in Quanzhou are exclusive stores, and have been rejected by the high threshold of shopping malls.

But with the continuous improvement of brand awareness and image of Quanzhou in recent years, their consumer groups are becoming more and more widely. Now, many brands of sports shoes and leather shoes have also been infiltrated into small and medium-sized department stores in China.

The rapid growth of the domestic shoemaking industry is equivalent to the rapid growth of the domestic department store system.

For example, many shoe companies and department stores have strong capital support for their own development through capital markets.

Both sides have the need for development and there is room for cooperation.

"In recent years, there are more and more activities of Quanzhou brand participation in department stores. We feel that they are exploring the grafting and exchange of resources in department stores."

Fan Yanru said.

Through the direct docking between brands and department stores, the intermediate links of agents can be omitted, and the advantage of brand development will be gained in the process of brand control.


It is revealed that when they participate in the event, they also have the intention to cooperate with a domestic shoe manufacturer. The department stores in the two or three tier cities are the objects they focus on.

"Relatively speaking, the main market of domestic brands is still in the two or three line market, while the current two or three line market department stores have relatively high acceptance of domestic brands."

He said.

According to their own positioning, local brands can not rush to the development of shopping malls in the first tier cities. The department stores in the two or three tier cities actually have extensive space for cooperation with local brands.


Fan Yujie said that in the department stores of the three tier cities, Anta and Lining products sell well, which is very useful for other domestic brands.

According to the insiders, the Quanzhou brand actively participates in the activities of the China Association for 100, so that the department stores can learn more about Quanzhou enterprises and Quanzhou brands.

With the continuous updating of modern commercial formats, there will be more and more channels of sports brand, including walking, franchised stores, chain stores and department stores.
