A total of 154302 applications for territorial extension of Madrid trademark registration have been accepted, ranking 6 in the world for the first time in 6 consecutive years, receiving 11427 applications from domestic applicants for trademark international registration, ranking first in developing countries, and registering and initially examining 1040 collective marks and certification marks for geographical indications, including 36 foreign geographical indications.

In 2010, there were more than 37 voluntary entries in the national works, and 81966 pieces of computer software copyright registration were completed throughout the year, up 15.5% from last year, and maintained a high growth rate for 5 consecutive years.
